03Compliance & Ethics Management

As a member of civil society, we, Insulation Korea Co., Ltd., fulfill our social responsibilities, create corporate value through constant innovation and challenges, contribute to economic and social development, and become a trusted company through various social contribution activities.

To this end, we establish and actively practice the Code of Ethics to be observed as executives and employees of Insulation Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"), which serves as the standard for correct decision-making, codes of conduct, and value judgment in all business activities.
  • 01. Ethics for Customers
  • Customer Priority — Customer satisfaction must be our top priority, we realize customer-centered values, provide everything for and desired by customers, and impress customers.
  • Customer Value Creation — Customers should be the top priority for all judgment and action, and customer satisfaction should be pursued through value creation for customers.
  • Customer Respect — We must respect customers' legitimate demands, accept reasonable suggestions, and keep our promises to customers.
  • Customer Information Protection — We must comply with laws related to customer information protection and not disclose or use information without the customer's prior approval.
  • 02. Ethics for the Company
  • Basic Ethics — We must always faithfully perform our duties with the attitude of representing the company, and as a member of civil society, fulfill our responsibilities and obligations to enhance the corporate value and trust in the company.
  • Creating a Healthy Corporate Culture — We must constantly develop ourselves, respect each other, and create a corporate culture of coexistence and co-prosperity based on mutual trust and smooth communication.
  • Fair Performance of Duties — We must clearly distinguish between public and private affairs, perform duties fairly and transparently, not take private interests in relation to duties, and not engage in any misconduct such as embezzlement and misappropriation of company assets.
  • Prohibition of Conflict of Interest — We must prevent conflicts between the interests of the company and individuals, and when there is a conflict of interest, we must act with priority given to the legitimate interests of the company.
  • Protection of Company Assets — We must protect and legitimately use the company's tangible and intangible assets and information such as trade secrets, and if a situation that will cause loss to the company occurs, we must immediately report it and take measures to prevent and minimize the loss.
  • Protection of Company Information — We must not use undisclosed company information obtained in the course of business or provide it to third parties to seek private interests or leak it to the outside.

  • Fair Treatment — The company treats individuals fairly according to their abilities and performance.
  • Providing Equal Opportunities — The company provides equal opportunities so that individuals can demonstrate their creativity and improve their abilities.

  • Social Contribution Activities — As a corporate citizen in the business area, we must faithfully fulfill our social responsibilities through active social contribution activities.
  • Practicing Sustainable Management — We must strive for sustainable development through constant innovation and challenges, and strive to contribute to social development by creating economic and social value through sustainable management.
  • 05. Legal Compliance
  • In conducting business activities, all relevant laws and regulations must be observed, and unfair joint acts, unfair internal transactions, improper solicitation, and receipt of money and valuables must not be engaged in.
