Overview
Radiant Coils (Tubes) are critical components directly responsible for pyrolysis and reaction processes within the radiant sections of Ethylene Crackers, Steam Reformers, and SM Heaters — the core units of petrochemical and refining plants.
As these components are continuously exposed to extreme conditions exceeding 1,000°C, including high internal process pressure, carburization, and oxidation, product performance and service life are determined by both the material’s resistance to oxidation, carburization, and creep, as well as the microstructural uniformity and dimensional precision achieved through the centrifugal casting process.

Characteristic
① Material Technology for Extreme Environments
- Delivers stable performance under severe operating conditions involving temperatures above 1,000°C, high pressure, carburization, and oxidation.
- Utilizes optimized high-chromium and high-nickel alloys such as 25Cr-35Ni-Nb (RF35M), 35Cr-45Ni-Nb (RF45M), HP40Nb, and HP50 to simultaneously achieve excellent oxidation resistance, carburization resistance, and creep resistance.
② Uniform Microstructure Based on Centrifugal Casting
- Maximizes microstructural uniformity and dimensional precision across both inner and outer tube surfaces.
- Forms a high-density structure free from porosity, enhancing resistance to high-temperature creep rupture and achieving a design life exceeding 100,000 hours.
③ Shop-Welded Assemblies for Assured Field Quality
- Supplied as fully assembled shop-welded products with 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) and Penetrant Testing (PT) completed under controlled factory conditions.
- Eliminates field welding defect risks in advance, ensuring consistent installation quality while reducing construction time and turnaround schedules.
