Vacuum Form Shape

Overview

Vacuum Form Shape, which is produced by vacuum compression molding a mixture of ceramic fiber, high-temperature filler, and special binder, is a preformed ceramic product that adds spalling resistance to the advantages of ceramic with excellent thermal insulation and being able to produce a desired shape.

By compensating for the weakness of the castable pre-cast product, which is vulnerable to insulation performance and spalling resistance, it is possible to produce a design and drawing for the required shape and being able to customized production.
